What kind of gear reducer motor can you make?
We can manufacture DC motors ranging from 3V to 36V, with power under 40W and external diameter less than 45mm.
Can the gearbox be matched with other motors?
Our standard gearbox can be matched with other motors. The matched brush, brushless, coreless (hollow cup) and stepping motors need to fit the dimensions of our gearbox, or require the gearbox shape to be modified. Custom proofing is necessary to avoid efficiency loss, large power loss, or shortened lifespan.
Do you support customized gearboxes?
Yes. As a manufacturer with dedicated R&D capabilities, we support custom designs. You can provide the required gearbox shape, reduction ratio, and output speed, and we will develop a custom product for you. Alternatively, you can provide your own R&D design and we will optimize it for production, assembly, and performance.
Can you provide planetary gearbox samples for testing free of charge?
To promote long-term cooperation, we commonly provide standard samples free of charge while customers cover the freight costs. Since offering free samples to every inquiry poses a significant cost burden, we appreciate your understanding. If a formal order is placed subsequently, the sample fee can be fully refunded.
