What kind of gear reducer motor can you make?
We can make DC motors below 3v-36v, with power less than 40W and diameter less than 45mm.
Can the gearbox be matched with other motors?
Our standard gearbox can be matched with other motors. The matched brush, brushless, hollow cup, and stepping motor need to match the shape of our gearbox, or we can change the shape of our gearbox. Matching with other motors also requires custom proofing to avoid low efficiency, large loss, and short life.
Do you support customized gearboxes?
Yes. As a gearbox manufacturer with R&D capability, we support customers providing us with gearbox shape, required reduction ratio, and output speed. We will develop customized products for you, or optimize your own R&D products for structure, production, and assembly.
Can you provide planetary gearbox samples for testing free of charge?
To promote further cooperation, it is standard practice that we provide free samples while customers bear the freight. However, if we receive your formal order, we can refund the sample fee. We sincerely hope to get your support and understanding on this point.
What is the quality of your planetary reducers?
Currently, our gear motors are sold to Japan, Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Singapore, and other countries. Most customers provide feedback indicating they operate well, feature low noise, and provide large torque.
How long will the planetary reducer be delivered after placing an order?
In general, we deliver our standard gearboxes within 2 weeks. For customized products, we usually send samples for confirmation within 30-45 days after the scheme and drawings are confirmed. Once confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery date according to order quantity.
